Example weekly diet plan
As a Fitness Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer one of my roles is to help people plan their weekly meals to help them achieve their goals. This is an example of a weekly plan I created for a client who was looking to increase their fruit and vegetable intake, improve their energy levels and make sure they didn’t skip any meals throughout the day.
