Nutrition
As a qualified Fitness Nutrition coach I can help you with your nutritional goals in the following ways:
· Detailed nutritional pre-screening (based on a weekly or 24hr food recall dairy) and assessment of general nutrition and diet
· Setting nutritional goals
· Explaining nutrition concepts and improvements to your diet
· Developing and prescribing meal plans
· Evaluating and monitoring the effects of meal plans and modifying plans as required
· Assisting in developing healthy eating habits to meet weight management and exercise goals
· Referrals to other health and allied professionals such as GP’s, nutritionists and dieticians, in relation to nutritional outcomes
· Identifying physical indications of nutritional status (i.e. under or over nutrition) or possible vitamin and mineral deficiencies
· Providing education on the links between exercise and diet
*Please note I am not qualified in diagnosing diseases such as diabetes, cancer and heart disease (but I can refer you to a medical professional if there are concerning health signs that may need checking)
