Personal Training

 

Looking to improve your fitness, lose weight, increase your strength or flexibility, return to exercise after a baby or train for an up and coming event? Book in a personal training session with me to discuss how we can work together to achieve your goals. Ask me about in home training, group sessions and a discount for mummas or multiple sessions!

Nutrition

 

As a qualified Fitness Nutrition coach I can help you with your nutritional goals in the following ways:

·      Detailed nutritional pre-screening (based on a weekly or 24hr food recall dairy) and assessment of general nutrition and diet

·      Setting nutritional goals

·      Explaining nutrition concepts and improvements to your diet

·      Developing and prescribing meal plans

·      Evaluating and monitoring the effects of meal plans and modifying plans as required

·      Assisting in developing healthy eating habits to meet weight management and 
exercise goals

·      Referrals to other health and allied professionals such as GP’s, nutritionists and 
dieticians, in relation to nutritional outcomes 


·      Identifying physical indications of nutritional status (i.e. under or over nutrition)  or possible vitamin and mineral deficiencies 


·      Providing education on the links between exercise and diet 


 

*Please note I am not qualified in diagnosing diseases such as diabetes, cancer and heart disease (but I can refer you to a medical professional if there are concerning health signs that may need checking)

I am passionate about ensuring everyone can find their happiest self. Sometimes some small changes in diet, exercise and lifestyle can help you on this path. As a part of my personal training and nutrition coaching we can look at lifestyle aspects that could be tweaked to help you achieve your goals. I can also refer you to the relevant health professionals if you are in need of some specific guidance or treatment.

This includes:

Assessment of current weekly diet plan (what worked, what didn’t, how are you going working towards your goals, what can we improve)

An edited and adapted weekly diet plan

 Personal Training (1hr) $80-$90

This includes:

A training session

A workout plan for home

Assessment of fitness and exercise goals

Management and guidance on achieving goals

 

Personal Training (30mins) $45-$60

This includes:

A training session

Editing of the workout plan for home

Assessment of how to continue working towards exercise goals

 

Private shopping tours of a local supermarket of choice (1hr) $90

This includes:

Assessment of your current shopping habits

What to look out for in the supermarket (traps and tricks)

How to shop for healthy nutritional foods and meals on a budget

Education on reading food labels
