Don't live near a gym or personal training facility? Try these online programs!

There are lots of different ways to workout if you’re far away from a gym or health centre or aren’t able to work with a Personal Trainer. There are lots of different programs out there but these are just the ones I’ve had experience with and would be happy to recommend to a friend.

You can also contact me on my Contacts page if you’d like to work with me online for one to one Nutrition and fitness coaching.

If you have internet access these programs might be for you:

Tiff Hall’s Tiff XO:

This program has great online recipes and short outworks you can view online or download and watch offline. The program has some options for your meals from budget to vegetarian options and the workouts range from beginners to advanced. Tiff has a good social media following and has worked hard to support mums in a healthy way to lose their post baby weight and regain their fitness and strength. She has a martial arts background being a Taekwondo Black belt and therefore, her workouts combine martial arts elements. I love her style and energy and she is a rock star mum who works super hard to keep her work life balance in check.

This is also a very affordable option starting at $39 for one month with no commitment to keep going after the month is up.

Michelle Bridges:

Whilst I haven’t done this one myself I know lots of people who have had success using the Michelle Bridges program to lose weight and increase strength and fitness. One of my closest friends has used this program several times and the meals she’s cooked me from the Michelle Bridges recipes are tasty, filling and easy to prepare. This is a very popular option with lots of people and Michelle Bridges now has her own line of clothes and workout equipment at Big W that is super affordable.
